Refund and Returns Policy

At BAYLAY, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every jewelry purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, we’re here to help with an easy and transparent return and refund process.


Returns

  • Return Window:
    We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Eligibility:
    To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
    • Unworn and in its original condition
    • In the original packaging with tags attached
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Items marked as final sale
    • Customized or personalized jewelry
    • Gift cards
  • How to Initiate a Return:
    Please contact our customer support team at sales@baylay.store with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return address.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • You will not be charged any restocking fees.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as BAYLAY is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right at no additional cost to you.
